McKim Mechanical recently replaced our furnace and hot water tank with a water heater and air handler.  From start to finish McKim’s installation team was nothing short of exceptional.

Justin kept us updated on the schedule and Matt lead the installation.  These two were a riot and I loved listening to them sing along to country songs as they worked.   When the job was complete, Matt patiently walked us through our new system several times to make sure we fully understood how to use it.  He also left his cell phone number to text/call if we had any problems.  Both Justin and Matt returned about two weeks after installation to tweak some settings and checked back in with us the following week to make sure everything was running smoothly.

I would highly recommend this installation to friends and family – you definitely won’t be disappointed (unless you don’t like country music!).
